Privacy.

We collect only the information necessary to operate the Services:

• LinkedIn account data. When you authorize our LinkedIn application, we receive your LinkedIn member ID, name, profile picture URL, and an OAuth access token issued by LinkedIn. We use these solely to publish content to your LinkedIn account on your behalf.
• Content you submit. Text, images, and links that you (or automation you have configured) instruct the application to post to LinkedIn.
• Order and contact information. If you purchase from our store, Stripe collects your name, email, shipping address, and payment details on our behalf. We do not store payment card information on our servers.
• Basic technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) used for security and debugging.

• To authenticate you with LinkedIn via OAuth 2.0.
• To publish posts to your LinkedIn profile at your direction.
• To process, fulfill, and ship orders placed through our store.
• To maintain the security, integrity, and reliability of the Services.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your LinkedIn data for advertising, profiling, or training machine learning models.

Our LinkedIn application accesses LinkedIn data through the official LinkedIn API and complies with the LinkedIn API Terms of Use. OAuth tokens are stored securely and used only to perform the actions you have authorized (such as publishing posts). You may revoke our access at any time from your LinkedIn account settings under “Permitted Services.” Once access is revoked, we will no longer be able to post on your behalf.

We share information only with service providers strictly required to operate the Services:

• LinkedIn — to publish posts you have authorized.
• Stripe — to process payments for store purchases.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers — to deliver the website and application.

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Evolved Academics, our users, or others.

We retain LinkedIn OAuth tokens and associated profile data only for as long as you continue to use the application. If you revoke access or request deletion, we will delete the associated tokens and profile data from our systems within 30 days, except where we are required to retain records for legal, accounting, or security purposes.

We use industry-standard safeguards — including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted credential storage, and access controls — to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data using reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email address below. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
