Purchase orders without the guesswork.
Public schools, districts, colleges, and approved educational institutions can order Magic Conch class sets on an authorized purchase order. Start by generating your own numbered estimate — it takes about a minute and nothing is sent to us until you press the button.
- Standard terms
- Net 30
- When required
- Net 45
Net 30 runs from the invoice date, and the invoice is issued when the order ships. Net 45 must appear on the district purchase order and requires our written approval before fulfillment.
An estimate is not yet a payable quote.
Two different documents do two different jobs. Cutting a purchase order against the first one is the mistake this page exists to prevent.
Estimate
Numbered, dated, stored, and priced from the published catalog. It shows line items, SKUs, quantities, and a subtotal. It carries no shipping, no tax, and no payable total, and it says so on its face. Use it for budget approval and requisition paperwork.
Approved quote
Issued after we verify shipping, sales tax, stock and lead time, and your district’s business requirements. Shipping and tax are stated explicitly and the total is binding. This is the document your purchase order must match.
Give purchasing a document they can start from.
Automatic estimates are switched off while we finish verifying the system end to end. Email us and you will get the same numbered estimate, usually the same day — we would rather hand you a document we know we can stand behind.
Estimate preview
Ready when the worksheet is.
The estimate is issued with a permanent quote number, a 30-day validity window, product SKUs, your purchasing contact, addresses, and terms. It is saved on our side, so we can look it up when your purchase order arrives.
An estimate is for budgeting and purchase-order preparation. Evolved Academics confirms institutional eligibility, inventory, shipping, and applicable sales tax, then issues the approved quote your purchase order should match.
- 01
Choose quantities and generate the estimate
The builder above produces a numbered, stored estimate with SKUs, quantities, catalog pricing, your addresses, and a 30-day validity window.
- 02
We review the business details
We verify institutional eligibility, stock and lead time, shipping, sales-tax treatment, requested terms, and any custom-artwork requirements.
- 03
You receive the approved quote
The approved quote states shipping and tax explicitly and carries a binding total. It supersedes the estimate.
- 04
Send the authorized purchase order
Email the signed PO, plus a tax-exemption certificate if one applies. The PO price, quantity, billing address, and shipping address must match the approved quote.
- 05
We ship, then invoice
The invoice is issued when the order ships. Payment is due under the approved Net 30 or Net 45 terms shown on the confirmation.
- Official PO number and authorized signature
- School or district legal name
- Accounts-payable contact, email, and phone number
- Complete billing and school-site shipping addresses
- Product name or SKU, quantity, and approved price
- Requested delivery date and any receiving instructions
- Tax-exemption certificate, when applicable
This opens a draft in your own email app with the details we need. Nothing is sent until you send it, and attaching the signed PO is still up to you. If the button does not open an app, copy the address and write from your district account.
Class sets of 30 are $449.00.
